Creating Timeless Memories Through Honest Photography

Welcome!

I’m Brandon, a wedding and portrait photographer based in Athens, Georgia, documenting weddings, elopements, couples, and everyday moments with an honest, documentary approach.

If you care more about real moments than perfect poses — if you want to actually feel your photos years from now — you’re in the right place.

Working together should feel easy. You shouldn’t feel like you have to perform or be anything other than yourself.

My goal is to create an environment where you can be fully present — where you can focus on your people, your day, and the moments that matter, while I document it all as it naturally unfolds.

I first picked up a camera at twelve — a simple Kodak point-and-shoot that quickly became something I carried everywhere. In high school, I pursued photography more seriously through AP Art, where I was (somehow, there were much more talented students in this class) one of only two students from my school to pass the exam. That experience showed me photography could be more than just a hobby.

After graduation, I stepped away for a while before finding my way back through concert photography — documenting live music, energy, and connection in crowded rooms. Over time, that naturally evolved into portraits and weddings, where those same moments exist in a more personal and lasting way.

Alongside photography, I’ve spent years working in specialty coffee as both a barista and a coffee roaster. That world introduced me to all kinds of people and conversations, and it shaped how I approach this work — with patience, curiosity, and a genuine appreciation for people and their stories.

That mindset carries into every wedding and session I photograph.

Today, I photograph weddings, elopements, and portraits primarily in Athens and Atlanta, but I’m always open to travel. Whether it’s across Georgia or somewhere entirely new, I’m drawn to documenting people and places in a way that feels real and lasting.

I’m not just looking for the big moments — I’m paying attention to everything in between.

The way your friends show up for you.
The quiet moments you didn’t even realize were happening.
The energy, the movement, the feeling of being there.

Those are the moments that matter most over time — and those are the ones I care about preserving.

If this feels like the kind of approach you’re looking for, I’d love to hear your story.

Your friend,
Brandon
